Maddog Surrender come from the city of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This city is famous for its steel plant. Now, the Maddog Surrender - the band was founded in 1999. Album "Bethlehem Steel" originally released in 2008 by the American label Neck Records, this is the European edition of 4Subculture Records. The difference between them is that the European has done extensive and new booklet, which contains nearly all the texts and pictures are used within the above-mentioned steel. Another difference is that there is something other cover, the original version was a cover of "Going Down The Bar" by Wretched Ones and this is "Fuck 'em Up" from After The Fire. MS have a great Oi! / Streetpunk influenced by bands like The Templars, 4skins, Beer Zone, The Ramones, Condemned 84, of Bad Brains, Blitz, Blanks 77, The Business, The Clash, Evil Conduct, Klasse jail. And as diverse as the band is influenced and their music is still one heddle, but it varies. While playing Oi! hard as steel from the iron and then again merge into the fast melodic streetpunk. Guaranteed, you will not be bored by it that you still went like the one wave. I personally band sometimes reminds of my favorite Bonecrusher and one song I would be likened to the Dutch Knockdown. To me a band that certainly deserves attention, try to listen to them and see for yourself that I 'm not.
